These terms govern the novacongressport.com portal account, congress applications, licences and subscriptions, and the management of congress sites.
The application form asks you to accept these terms and the privacy policy together. Package prices are on the pricing page; the payment step is in your account after approval.
Who do these terms apply to?
Everyone who opens a portal account, applies for a congress or manages a congress site. Participants of congress sites are also bound by that congress’s own terms.
What if information is false?
False or incomplete information may lead to the application being rejected or the account being closed; legal obligations already incurred remain.
Is the service uninterrupted?
Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed; planned maintenance is announced in advance and data is backed up regularly.
What if the terms change?
Material changes are announced or e-mailed; continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the new terms.
