No. The analytics, advertising and functional switches on the banner are written only into cp_cookie_prefs. The portal does not set a separate third-party cookie for those three categories. There is no marketing profiling. If such a cookie is added later, this page and the banner are updated together.
The Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page opens the banner again. You can accept all, keep only necessary cookies, or save the category switches. Necessary cookies cannot be turned off. The decision is rewritten in cp_cookie_prefs.
Yes. Browser settings can delete cookies for this site. Deleting cp_portal ends the session. Deleting cp_cookie_prefs makes the banner ask again on the next visit. Deletion does not undo a record that was already processed lawfully.
