Every part of a congress in one system

From the website to registration, from abstracts to certificates — run your congress end to end.

Congress website
A bilingual congress site on your own domain with one of the ready themes; announcements, committees, key dates and pages are yours to edit.
Registration and payment
Participation types, early-bird fees and discount codes; payment by card via PayTR or by bank transfer receipt. The money goes straight to the congress account.
Abstracts and peer review
Abstract and full-paper submission, single or double-blind review, automatic reviewer assignment, revision requests and acceptance letters.
Scientific programme
A programme builder for halls, sessions and papers; in-person, online and hybrid sessions with Zoom or Meet links.
Documents
Badges, attendance and author certificates, invitation and acceptance letters from one designer; bulk generation and QR check-in.
Publishing and archive
Abstract book and full-paper book as PDF; past years’ programmes and books stay in the archive.

Infrastructure of your own

Every congress runs on its own domain and its own database. Your site, your data and your brand are yours.

Setup prepares the theme, payment, document templates and admin training; your first event is delivered ready in the system.

Participant fees go straight to the congress

Registration fees are paid to the congress’s own PayTR or bank account; the platform does not handle that money.

Card payments confirm the registration instantly; the secretariat approves bank receipts from one list.
